I am writing this review out of utter frustration for the Cruise Customer Support. Our builder had provided us Cruise Split AC 1 Ton in Jun-18. This was unused till Apr-19. Now when we started, there was no cooling. I logged a complaint with Cruise AC customer service. For 1 week, there was no callback from customer service, I was calling them daily but they would just keep on saying - technician will visit. after 1 week when he did visit he just told that the outside unit is accessible, so make access for it & left. Then we got access done & called back, another guy came & said where is the bill(it was with builder). he said no free service without bill & left. I managed to get the bill from builder & called back but for 3-4 days my call was not picked up. then finally the retailer sent a person to resolve the issue(mind it is retailer & not the customer service). after the retailer person resolved the issue the customer service woke up & sent technician whom I told that issue is already resolved. he did not even ask who or how it resolved. just left. I was surprised to see this kind of attitude. How good is the AC I will come to know in future but 1 thing is sure, if this is the attitude of customer service, I am not buying any product from Cruise anymore. If you want to spoil your day try speaking with the technicians of Cruise AC in Pune - Shahnawaz, Ali Tiger(8788631118) or Sameer Shaikh - useless fellows.
