Sharing my wild experience with you all
I had purchased crompton aura premium ceiling fan on 22/5/2017 from mithila electricals .product sl no: -( 22) decbg37683 .From the date of purchase fan is giving a terrrible horrifying noise .The sound is so wierd.Bcz of this it is impossible to sleep at night.Whenever I switch on the fan the sound gets started.I also complained the same to the customercare( complaint no: 16065438632 attended by s.s enterprise -3364288) .
After 2 days technician came to repair fan but after repair the sound had doubled.It was so irritating and annoying.Technician told me that blade was faulty so it had to be replaced.
Color of blade is brown.After few days I called customer care again they assired thay technician will visit again and solve the problem but none had visited .Then I called the technecian repeatedly he told me the fact that his company i.e. S.s enterprise due to non availability of the brown blade they coludnt do anything.
If this is the situation how customer can have trust in them .Dont they maintain spare parts and all necessary things? Its totally loss of money for purchasing this fan.Customer support was very pathetic.
