I had purchased a 65 " LED TV from Croma store located at Select City walk mall, Saket, South Delhi for 1.65 lakhs in 14th June 2017.
However, the TV was delivered without the User Manual. I immediately advised the technician and also called up their store Mr Vimal Kumar Chaurasiya in Select City Walk . They promised that it will be sent immediately. However, it never came . I subsequently made several calls to them and even met the store manager once. He advised that it will be sent shortly. I also mailed to Croma.com about 2 weeks back, but they have not responded.
I must say that Croma, a Tata store, has a very bad after sales service. If. You have any issue with any of products purchased from them, I am afraid they will make you run from pillar to post.
My suggestion- please avoid Croma! Select City Walk, Saket if possible.
