I have been thinking of buying a brand new mobile phone since the time my old one was stolen but I was not sure which one to buy as I wanted it to be within my budget. So, I searched a lot for a good mobile phone on the Internet. After a lot of research, I found that the Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos mobile phone was perfectly ideal for my use but it was costing a lot. So, I searched a bit and found Croma online store where it was available at a price that was within my budget.
On seeing this, I called up their customer service and asked them about the pricing and delivery details. Apart from being cordial, thy helped me a lot to solve my query and make the right decision. Also, like they had mentioned, the mobile phone was delivered to my doorstep within the stipulated time. They had also packed the mobile phone in a small box that ensured that the mobile phone would not get damaged at any cost. I am delighted with the products and service they have provided and will be visiting them again for all my future shopping of electronic products.
