Recently visited croma store @ Panjagutta in Hyderabad I have asked to show the laptops under a specified budget.
The marketing personnel not at all explaining anything just reading the information that is on the tag including price.
The purpose of deploying the personnel to assist the customer and guide him according to his usage, just reading the features on tag does not serve the purpose cannot we do that just reading on internet.
But you people put a tagline called WE HELP THE CUSTOMER TO BUY.
Please question yourself when explaining to the customer does I do justice to job and to my organization and your tagline.?
They are arrogant to customer make them trained properly how to interact with the customer and finally not all the employees of this kind but in major proportion.
