It is weird that their associates call out request you to call back. But the number never rings and the next time some one new will call you asking why you called once you over the whole thing another person will call and almost everyone who calls up are insensitive to the extreme. If you ask product details or about charges they simply say I dont have the details. They charge a whooping 25000 for processing each loan and above that an interest rate of 30%. This is not credit service this is extortion in the name of bad credit. Even then the customer gets nothing in the name of service they are treated as if they are some sort of a criminal who committed a felony by calling or inquiring in the website. If I have a negative rating I would give that.
