Me and my wife recently visited Amnora mall in Pune. My wife filled a draw form there. Then after coming back to home she got a call from a person who stated that she has won free gifts including a free holiday trip for 3 days and four nights and , 2 movie tickets. But they said you need to come and collect the same. So we went at the country vacation office which is near Bund garden. After going there they have asked us listen to there presentation about country vacations and then they will give us gifts. But after listening to there presentation they have convinced us to enroll there membership by paying 15, 000 rupees. With this amount they have promised us to give a 6 days and 7 nights package at any of there location. They have given us the agreement papers but they have not given us enough time to read all terms and conditions. Also since it was Diwali day we were in hurry. After coming to home next day I read the agreement and I was shocked since the agreement included several things which they didn't told me verbally. So I have called country vacations customer care for hotel bookings. On call they said I have to pay additional 10000 rupees as annual maintainance fees. But this thing they have not told me before so I called their office representative named Sneha who was there at the office when we signed the agreement. She also said that we have to pay additional 10000 rupees. I told her I don't want your membership and give me ny money back but she refused saying money can't be refunded. Also if I want bookings I have to atleast pay 5000 more. Entire episode was a shocker to me due to below reasons.
First they made false promise of giving a free holiday booking.
They told me that with 15000 rupees I will be able to avail 6 days 7 nights holiday package but later on asked me to pay 10000 rupees additionally.
They are not giving me my money back neither they are giving me a holiday booking for which i have already paid 15000 despite repeated requests.
So don't ever visit country vacations any facility they are fraudsters.
