I regret my decision to purchase a package from Country Holidays Travel. The sales process was misleading, with key details conveniently withheldespecially regarding additional costs and restrictions. Special caution is advised when dealing with sales representatives, as promises made during the sales pitch do not align with the actual service provided.
Despite assurances of premium 4- and 5-star properties, the accommodations provided were far from expectationsbasic rooms with nothing close to a luxury experience. Additionally, hidden costs like the AMC charges (₹12, 000 per six nights) were not disclosed upfront, adding unexpected financial burdens.
Upon evaluating the quality of rooms and services compared to market rates, it becomes clear that the price charged by Country Holidays Travel is significantly inflated. Same stays are available for half the cost, making their package financially unjustifiable.
If considering their services, I strongly advise thoroughly reviewing their terms and conditions instead of relying on verbal assurances. Transparency and customer satisfaction do not appear to be priorities for this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.
