Writing to follow up on the refund that was promised to us by Mr. Ravneet, who claimed to be the Assistant General Manager. This commitment was made to us on a recorded line, yet we have received no official confirmation over email, and Mr. Ravneet is no longer responding to our calls or messages.
Salesperson Garima has no knowledge about the products and provides all kinds of fake information to customer ( supporting members to her are Paras , Jatin & Shubhankar )
Furthermore, we were recently pressured to alter or remove our Google review, with the assurance that doing so would expedite the refund process. We complied in good faith, yet no further action has been taken. The lack of communication and transparency from your team is highly unprofessional and concerning.
We would like to formally state that
Mr. Ravneet attempted to influence and manipulate our public review by linking it to the release of our refund.
This behavior amounts to coercion and online review manipulation, which is both unethical and legally questionable.
If this matter is not resolved , we will be compelled to escalate it further
Filing a consumer complaint with the relevant authorities
Sharing our experience on public forums and social media with all supporting evidence, including recorded calls and chat transcripts
Consulting with a legal representative for appropriate action under consumer protection laws and cybercrime regulations
