🚫 UPDATE (Aug 2025): Mouthshut has incorrectly marked this case as Resolved. I want to make it clear that no refund or solution has been provided by CHT. Legal notice has already been sent, but they have failed to respond. This issue is very much UNRESOLVED and is now under legal dispute. Consumers should stay away from such fraudulent practices.
Please beware! This company is running a full-blown scam through fake offers and misleading sales tactics.
The sales executivesMukesh Mishra and Abhay Singhare the main culprits. They trap customers with false promises, sweet talk, and pressure tactics. Once you fall for it, they vanish or start harassing you.
After payment, all promises are denied. Mails are ignored or delayed. Youll be forced into service usage without resolving any disputes. Their so-called agreements are fake, one-sided, and in my case even included a forged signature.
Even after escalating to the AGM and MD, all they do is pass the buck. No accountability, no ethicsjust harassment.
Do not trust this company. Every part of this is a trap. They are looting innocent people in the name of holidays.
