Hello guys! As a #Mouthshut user I want to share my views on hotels that is Country club. I had go in this hotel one day and experience was very bad of this hotel. Because I faced many problem in this hotel.
when I go to receptionist and ask for my room keys then they gived me key and me myself search my room and also take my lagguage with ownself. No one there with me.
When I enter into room I saw that room was very dirty and smelly and also there was no facility. There was no AC in the room also. Dust are available all there. I was suffocating there. Then I call to there customer service mamber and told them about the problem then they are saying that we have no other room and you have to adjust in it. They are talking very rudely to me.
Also when the food has come there and I saw that food are not presented well and look like that it is made before 2-3 days and also there was no taste in it.
Washroom was also very smelly and clean anything there.
Then I checked out on next day from this hotel after experience the bad facility of there. I will advice to you peoples that never go in to this hotel.
