It so happened just the other day when I sat to design a leaflet of a chemical company owned by my friend I started to use corel 9 which I had just downloaded a week ago , to my surprise initially it went very well but after a while in midst of my designing I realised some commands just don't seem to work....oh ! it was such an infuriating situation as this friend was sitting besides me. Then I had to save whatever I was doing in the corel 8 and used the old version to complete the task I had taken in hand, but I did not believe cos I had much expectations from this version and was glad I could upgrade myself but it was in vain. It's just not me my other friends have too encountered similar problems regarding this software , so be careful u could be the next !!!!
