I have ordered 3 frames in 3 month from Coolwinks and all were identical. The first frame got broke automatically, the second one got broke just in a day, and the third one, the one I was using from a couple of days got broke too and that too automatically. What the hell is this? I trusted Coolwinks but I didn't expected this bad quality products from them. And now what am I supposed to do. In this lockdown I can't go out and get it repaired and can't even get a new one from a local shop. This was a mistake to trust Coolwinks and I request everyone to get your glasses from a local shop but not from Coolwinks. I hope Coolwinks get me a refund or exchange my glasses as it is really tough in this situation to survive without glasses where you have to be in front of laptop screen all day!
