I had a very disappointing experience with the ConfirmTkt app. On February 11, 2025, around 8:30 AM, I booked a train ticket for 6 passengers. Later, I tried to book another ticket for a different set of 6 passengers, but the app wrongly booked the second ticket under the same names as the first booking instead of the new passengers.
This is a serious issue, as it caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. The app should have an option to review and confirm passenger details before finalizing the booking. Such errors can lead to wasted time, financial loss, and travel disruptions.
I do not recommend using this app unless they fix such technical flaws. Very disappointed!?
