ConfirmTicket1 is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I booked the waiting list 3 tickets GLWL 26 via confirmtkt and they charged extra claiming "Travel Gurantee". But what happened is before chart preparation GLWL 26 become GLWL2. But then after Chart preparation, I got RAC tickets. This is cheating. Without "Travel Gurantee" also I could have got RAC tickets. Even though Confirmtkt is partnered with IRCTC, IRCTC is not giving any preferences for customers who booked via confirmtkt. So its completely a cheating based on predictions. So please think once before you book ticket via confirmtkt. I had bad experience with confirmtkt app. I can also create an app and charge extra as long as IRCTC is not giving preferences to confirmtkt while chart preparation.
I am not able to give 0 or -1 rating. This is purely a scam or cheating with mentions of partnership and policies.
Please think twice before you opt confirmtkt.
