ConfirmTicket1 is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I had a terrible experience with the Confirmtkt app. They promised to refund 3 times the ticket value if the ticket wasn’t confirmed, and charged over ₹900 extra for this assurance. Unfortunately, my ticket didn’t get confirmed, and while they refunded the base amount, the promised 2x compensation never arrived.
Instead, they issued a ₹6000 voucher usable only on their app—and valid for just 6 days. When I tried to use it after 3 days, the wallet balance was empty. This is highly unethical. To make matters worse, there’s no proper customer service. The chat support is one-sided—they respond only with scripted messages and don’t allow users to explain their issues.
Confirmtkt seems to be running a fraudulent and misleading business model. I do not recommend this app to anyone.
