ConfirmTicket1 is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I have been using this app since 2 years but the app has lots of issues. Sometimes the transaction doesn't get complete buy tickets are booked twice.

Sometimes the seat availability status is wrong. They show WL although the tickets are available in other sites.

I lost money thrice due to above reason and they don't refunds the money lost due their mistakes.
