I joined this company previous year beacuse of need of money, but I was not aware about company policy, I worked for 9 houres in a day . I can a week of every week. I need to ligin on nortal for 8 houres . if I was failed to complete eight hours then they mmarked my half dya or full absent and deduct my salary, even if I completed 7.55 hours they marked it half day, and system was very poor who told us that how many hours we have worked, so because of systm they deduct my salary, this is not enough if they marked three half day they put my salary on hold, I got my first salary after 4 months, that time I need money, they dont care about employees, so cheep people, guys dont ever think to do job in this company
