I am using this toothbrush after my dentist asked me to switch to soft bristled toothbrush coz of the deteriorating state of my gums.
I have found this toothbrush to be very easy on my gums and no issues of bleeding, painful gums after brushing in the morning. Sensodyne also offers good quality sensitive toothbrushes, but they are a lot costlier than Colgate zig-zag. so I would recommend it to anyone who has sensitive gums!
