Club_Resorto is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
This company is completely fraudulent. During the sales process, they make big promises, but after payment, they provide a completely different package. I purchased a holiday package, but they never booked any hotels for me. When I requested a booking, they kept asking for unnecessary documents and eventually stopped answering my calls.
They do not have an office in Bangalore, and from the sales team to the operations head, everyone is misleading customers. They do not provide any real service or solutions.

? False Promises & Hidden Charges – They do not inform you about several hidden charges until after payment.
? Not Associated with Any 5-Star Hotels – They claim to offer luxury stays, but they are not tied up with any reputed hotels.
? Fake ₹10, 000 Gift Voucher Scam – The gift voucher they offer is not even worth ₹1, 000, making it a complete scam.
? Bangalore Office Address is Fake – They claim to have an office in Bangalore, but it does not exist.
? No Customer Support – Once you make the payment, they stop responding to calls and emails.
? Total Scam After Payment – As soon as you pay, they start their actual drama. I tried to contact Mahendra, the HR team, Sana, Ali, and Ram(main culprit), but none of them responded.
This is nothing but a well-planned scam to cheat people of their hard-earned money.
