Hello,
Today I want to alert of this Fraudulent company Club Resorto who sell their memberships once and then you see how they cheat you.
They show you 5star resorts while selling memberships but when ask them to book they will give you 2/3 star hotels /lodges options whose reviews you won't find on any website easily or only reviews are bad experinces
If you ask them to provide some better options or the ones those are listed in their brochure or website, they will simply say we dont have any other options and you have to choose from this ASAP.
No response to calls whose numbers are provided during selling the package or afterwards. They wont pick your calls whatsoever happen.
I was cheated by Mr. Sahil Kapoor ( 991542XXXX) and Mr. Achal Dubey ( 964398XXXX) . Their details attached.
Whatever they promise you , the only means of communication is emails, to which they don't respond before 24 hours. And that too unexpected and generic responses.
There is no way to cancel the membership.
The call center lady Ms. Janvi Khan is actually a robot which responds only one thing. Sir please send a mail to this ID, that ID and that's it. She doesn't speak any other sentence. Very well trained. Even if you say her I Love you or abuse her, she will respond "please send a mail to xxx ID".
This is the best part. Hahahah
You actually aishwaryasingh23 for staying in lodge like property at the cost of promised 4/5 star resorts.
Please please please beware of such frauds
Don't fall in their Trap.
