Everything they say during the presentation is not true like.When you exchange your holidays with RCI, you need to pay exchange fees to RCI. But the fact is that along with exchange fees, theere are Utility charges to be paid at resort I have booked Kodaikanal resort through RCI. I need to pay Rs5750/- to the resort as "Utility charges".
Service taxes and other duties are different. Exchange fees is different. This utility charges are not mentioned when membership was bought. I was told that there will be only holiday exchange fees to be paid to RCI if yoy want to exchange your week to RCI. Kitchen facility is promiced with electric hot plate in room. But this concept is missing. Rooms do not have microwaves also. Later, I will update further about my exprience with RCI executives while booking. I will also update on my holiday exprience later on.
