I am a Club Mahindra Member since 2011(though I paid first emi in 2010 - It's their rules).
All I observed is this.
Sales People: NEVER TELL THE FINE PRINTS!
b. They don't ever tell you that you - irrespective of your membership color(purple, red, blue or white) you have to plan before 6 months!
c. They don't tell you that their season charts keep changing, according to their benefit not according to your benefit.
d. They don't tell you that you have to pay extra for every night of stay in a STU apartment, though you are a member / co-member - because their rule says it can occupy only 3 members(though an STU can occupy)
Customer Support: DARE TO ARGUE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER!
a. This is an attitude at Club Mahindra - Just open up and bark at your customer when you do not talk about your own rules!
My Advice: If you are already a club mahindra member - just rip off their staff if they don't turn up as promised - be it hospitality, customer service, mailers, membership updates and other manners.
And don't leave the ales fellow - call him and ask him all the questions that you needs answers for - because their customer support is a big show. you can understand the pain when hear all the rules(that were conveniently skipped at the time of enrollment) at the time of booking.
I SIMPLY HAD TO DROP MY PLANS FOR A RESORT - Because I was not allowed to book 2 STUs in my own season! How SHI* is this. What you see is the result of some stray MBA guys running such good names in the market!
Just slap what ever question the next time you find a CLM guy dancing to please you for a membership!
There are good chances you will find one who speaks all but the actual rules of their Money game!
CUSTOMER BEWARE! ASK ALL "THEIR" FINE PRINTED GAME RULES - AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS!
