Post my grievance to Club Mahindra customer relations head, I must say that CM acted swiftly & fulfilled what was promised to me in an unconditional manner. They delivered the lifestyle gift vouchers worth 10, 000/- without any debate or any questions being asked.
I am sure the sales guy wud be penalized for this who had made a false promise. He called me to kind of vent his agony abt my complain. Well, I guess he deserves it.
I guess, the wrong doers are only the sales team. The corporate & the operations team seems good.
