Very Cheap Quality Product. Review on Club Factory

I have ordered one Pink color saree recently which was looking amazing at very low price. According to their photo that will be very good quality product, so I decided to buy that for my mother and paid amount. I waited for a long days to receive my order and it was entirely different product. I ordered Pink color saree but received Green Color saree with very cheap quality. Product material is totally different and it looks too old and used one. I returned the product back and they deducted Rs.90 for pick up charge. I returned the product due to their mistake not by me so I talked with their customer care executive through live chatting and he promised me to get full amount, but still I am waiting for that and its not processed yet. I am totally disappointed with their time delay. Delivery is taking many days. Customer Service and product quality is very bad. Product will be different from the picture they show in their app and website. App & Website are really good to see and we can easily place order but its not reliable for customers and we can't trust on this website blindly. Be aware before you buy a product from club factory.
