Cleartrip_Support Cares
Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
In Feb and March, both Cleartrip.com and Yatra.com have been running a consumer offer, in which Cleartrip promises a 'Free' ticket on Spicejet, and Yatra on Indigo. Free Ticket needs to be booked 15 days in advance, and has many other restrictions.
As can be expected, the 'free' part is only the 'Basic Fare'. But please check any flight of these two airlines of 15+ days departure in current listings- they have all kept their 'Basic' Fare at Rs. 1.- or some very small nominal amount! In fact, one ends up paying a higher fare to Yatra or Cleartrip than the Airlines' directly available fare; while the saving through this offer turns out a clear case of deception.
A consiprational hoax by the Airlines and their distributors on India's naive consumer?! Worth a legal check!
