I was anyways using Clay Sim Cards without being very happy with the choice of my service cos their network was giving me hell of a problem anywhere that I went in London. Ultimately when I had nothing else to try with my phone, I called up their customer care when somebody by the name of Somesh picked up and asked me what “MY PROBLEM” was and when I was narrating the issue he was quick enough to respond that its out of his hands and he cant do much so I should wait for things to get fine by their own.
This is some customer service, for if Clay Sims think that this way ppl will still go for this shitty services, it’s a big misunderstanding. Really down market stuff
