It doesnt seem to be a responsible company, have had friends complain about them that there sim cards dint work in Europe . I needed a sim card for UK presently and so was trying the numbers provided on the website, they dont pickup any number provided at all. Also we have a free sim card with an HDFC, but they dont respond the email and number provided for that as well. So I would say a highly irresponsible company, when they are not picking up calls initially, we can imagine what kind of service will they be providing in case of any hassle.
