I used Clay Telecom’s International prepaid SIM card as I had to visit England for my project work. Initially, I did not face any problem in network connectivity but during one of my trip days I could not make a single call to anyone. Apart from that, neither I was able to browse nor could I check my e-mails.
This made me really frustrated, as I was unable to do my work. When I called Clay Telecom’s customer support team they informed me that that there was no balance in my cell phone as I had used all balance in messaging and calls. If I wanted the services again, then I need to recharge my account in order to make my SIM active again.
Finally I recharged my SIM for further connectivity.
