Clay Team is really proactive and I was surprised that they run a call center at midnight also to support their customer. Actually I had misplaced my Passport during my recent travel to Canada. I did not had my passport soft copy to file the complaint & then I remembered that I had given a copy to Clay & I called the Account Manager Mr Rajesh at midnight in India & he said sir please wait for a while & I will call you back. I got a call from their customer care manager in 10 minutes after my call with Mr Yash and they sent my passport scanned copy in their system via email on my registered mail id & that was a great help. Really thankful to the entire team & impressed with their superb service. I am happy so thought to share this review online to make sure that people know Mr Yash & Clay both. 5 Stars
