Last month, I went abroad so I bought International SIM card of Clay Telecom. When my flight landed at airport, I started experiencing network connectivity problems in my cell phone.
Since I wanted to make an urgent call, I tried rebooting my cell phone, but even after that the problem was not solved. I continued facing the problem.
Frustrated, I called customer support team of Clay Telecom. They asked me that there was a compatibility issue with my cell phone. I quickly replaced this cell phone with a new handset that I was carrying along with me. After inserting the SIM card into that cell phone my cell phone started working properly and I did not face any inconvenience in network and it worked well during my whole trip.
