Clay Telecom has crossed all limits of cheating! Bought a sim card from them for US and on standing instructions of not charging the credit card, they went ahead and first charged it for close to 25k and then generated the bill.
On screening the bill, the billed dated was wrong (10 days before I actually took the sim) with wrong tariff charged on the same, when I actually opted for zero rentals, they charged me 30$. Please realise the customer is not an idiot! Totally disappointed with this crap*y company.
