Though I do not travel much but referred Clay services to my brother who works for Microsoft & recently went to the USA for a holiday with his family. USA Data SIM worked perfectly well for 10 days but had some issue of connectivity while they were in New Jercy. I contacted Clay Telecom customer services agent at midnight and he was able to give a solution in 60 minutes to our problem.
We used to make Skype & Viber calls every day and were talking for long whenever we got a chance to speak:-). Services over all were smooth except those 60 minutes.
Advice: Customer Care was polite and patient but the just need to better very little on these small network related points.
I am writing this review just because my mother was able to speak any moment because of the DATA plan we chose else taking to USA is really expensive &( That was the wish of the customer care executive also if I was happy with the services).
