The concept is pretty simple. Built your own village and keep on upgrading and defending it. You have your own abstract builders and resources to build the same. You can design the layout of your village and during a war you need to make battle strategies to protect your village.
The game is mobile data dependent to get you online but data required is less. The animation, the sounds all provide a sense of originality as if you are the chief of your own village. You can make your own clan( a team of players) or you can get added into one.
The main function is to upgrade your village and fight with the other clan members. You win virtual money( elixers, gold coins) if you are a winner in the war. The war should be fought by stategies and this does increase your mental powers.
To conclude, Clash Of Clans is a very addictive game and it is a social platforn too as a lot of players from different parts of the country play with you.
