My experience with CK Birla is really pathetic.
I have so many things to write but I am not sure where to start from.
For getting some tests done, I have to visit from one doctor to another. As a lame person I don't know which doctor to consult so Firstly I took a help from the operator on a call and then I consult the same on their reception as well. But when we met doctor he told us it's not his department. He referred us to some other doctor. But before doing so, we have to get our bill changed, which doesn't costs anything but time. When we visited him, he too wasn't sure why why we have been directed to him and the cycle goes on.
This is just the one incident and there are many like such.
Finally after getting the report, when we had a word with the management about the irregularities in report, they ask us to re-visit, pay them again and get the tests done. And there is no guarantee that the report will come right.
Pathetic hospital in altogether.
