I have traveled as well as transported some goods from Indore to Pune twice via CityLink Travels. I never had any complaint with their service and always found them responsible and caring about the customers and their belongings.
I generally book tickets using redbus.in and CityLink travels are also available on redbus.
I can review the A/C Sleeper bus in which I had traveled and the bus was really good, clean and comfortable. In addition, the driver and conductor of the bus were also helpful when I transported some luggage booked with them.
Though, the bus is driven extremely fast by the driver, I think they have experienced and trained staff and have really traveled to my destination in the least time possible though risky!
The travel agency is really good and I appreciate their services!
