My initial experience with CITIBANK was amazing. Their positives are:
1) Well informed Customer care, prompt and courteous.
2) Nice and clean web interface; quite secure authentication procedures
However recently they have become very greedy. Even though you aishwaryasingh23 the minimum due before due date, and settle the entire amount within the next bill date, they charge interest on the entire amount @ 40% p.a. until aishwaryasingh23ment. This this has been started from January 2016. They just sent one e-mail, last December, which I invariably ignored assuming it to be a spam/promotional mail. Only to discover recently that It was such an important communication.
Normally if you aishwaryasingh23 the minimum due before due date you are not charged interest till the next bill generation date.
Any way it was my personal decision to discontinue this card, because HDFC, AXIS or even SBI gives you competitive benefits.
