I have a salary account in citi bank. After leaving the job and after 3 months they say that your account has been converted into saving account so that you have to mentain the balance of 100000 otherwise you have to pay the charges of non mentaining the balance .
The phone banking is good you can be easily in touch with your phone banking officer and one thing is that english is very important if you are talking to your phone banking officer.
The citi bank has a very less atm service you have to withdrawl money from other bank.
The internet banking is average not very good.
The customer service is good.
