Hii friends, I would like to share my personal experience with the Chola MS Health Insurance.
I am an old customer of Chola MS Health Insurance. I have insurenced all the family members.
But this insurance company doesn't give the better.
1 month ago , my father was ill. So I admitted them to an hospital. The hospital was very expensive so I needed money urgently. That is why I decided to claim for insurance. I contacted to the Chola MS Health Insurance and said to claim my insurance. But the staff didn't give me satisfied solution. However I got the information how to claim and submitted all documents. They said that your money would be credited in 12 to 14 working days. But after 14 days the money couldn't credit in my account. I asked them but they behaved with rude.
They gave me money after 1 month till my father discharged from the hospital and I paid the bill by taking money borrow from one person with a high interst. They take a long time to give the money. The staff is also worst. They can't give a satisfied solution. I suggest not to invest in this company.
