When It comes to make Chinese food, I usually prefer only Ching's Dark soy sauce.It's Sour taste makes Chinese food more tasty than any other sauce.
I only use Ching's Dark soy sauce for cooking Chinese food items.It also adds little original flavor of chinese which are available in restaurant's.It's just an awesome product by Ching's.
It had also made my chinese food much better than what I used to make earlier.I truly recommend this product to all those who love making chinese food.
