I bought my SF 4900C in 2000A.D!, it has been very trouble free, changed the batteries thats all. No repairs no data loss, no jitters. Now its showing signs of tardiness, but I have upgraded to a smart phone already(Motorola E680i, a good buy again). I had bought the PC link too for the synchronisation with Casio SF4900C. Over all casio products live up to expectation, mine did too.

The PC link was not tested thoroughly but no probelms for me. The battery life too was good enough around 1 year for moderate/heavy use. Over all a very good bye, considering it lasted 5 years and still running for 2300 rupees(way back in 2000!). My friend had got me this from US, so the price was a bit low to the prevailing indian prices those times.

It snuggly fits into ones shirt pocket and is quite rugged(rains dont upset it very easily). I would buy a casio again if I were to go for a Digital diary, but now smart phones offer a better value for money as u know.
