Carzonrent is a good option for self-drive cars, although I didn't have best experience. I booked a car for one day and was supposed to pick up from kanakpura road a day before the pick-up day I got a call from one person saying that I need to come to different location for pick=up I said I am willing to pick-up from my scheduled location as it is close to my location. But eventually I had to pick-up from JP nagar only and the car was not in a clean condition for which I raised a complaint later.
The journey was good and the car didn't give me any trouble but again was dropping back the car I had to drop in jp nagar but this time after complains and call center intervention he dropped me back to my location.
Overall, call center guys are good and logical but this particular vendor/agent was not good.
