I would rate my overall experience with CARS24 as okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Their service can be very good if they start addressing customer concerns more promptly and reduce the need for constant follow-ups.
One major area where they can improve is the car inspection quality — in my case, they failed to diagnose the issue properly even after raising a third ticket. I eventually had to take the car to an external auto station to identify the actual problem.
That said, after multiple follow-ups via email, Ravi from the CARS24 team stepped in and approved the total cost for the AC compressor, which I appreciate. His support was a positive turning point in the experience.
In conclusion, while I am satisfied with the final resolution, there are several operational loopholes that CARS24 really needs to work on — especially around timely responses, proactive support, and accurate diagnostics
