I have parchased AC on Capital First financial service.

After some 4 month my emi is not debited in my account for not balance in my account then thay will be charge 400Rs than after 5 days thay will charge is 400Rs more total charge 800Rs And my Capital First card is block.

And thay will so Prosonal loan offer 1, 50, 000 than I will apply for the Prosonal loan. Then I will complete all the process after thay say me your not eligible for the loan because my emi is bounce at 1 time.

Whay did Capital First so for the offers then thay know my EMI is bounce 1 time and why did thay process for verification.
