Hi, I have taken a CD loan from you. The following instances have made me NOT TO take another from you.

  1. In spite of requesting you to reschedule my EMI to the 2nd week of march 2018, this has NOT been done.

  2. Your collection agency is harassing us to pay the dues immediately.

  3. The say that they do not care about any communication with you.

  4. Inspite of requesting your call center associate to provide me with the contact number of the credit department or the branch. I got the shock of my life that they do not have any contact details.

I'm very sorry to inform that I will not approach them again.
