Hi All,
This I hope would help everyone who are planned or hooked by agents for the any type of loan with Capital First.
Charges looted from us
800 franking charges, which was taken as cash, which I understand is Rs 250/- and up and over the processing fee
They keep mentioning no hidden charges except processing fee of 1%, which is a big lie
App Rs 7, 000 insurance charges with no information on documents shared for insurance, including nominee details
App 7, 000 taken away in the name of processing charges which does not sum up to 1% charges
Call center or online complaint does not work
All executives who are involved in it do not pick calls, post disbursement
