Hi,

I have a very pathetic experience with Capital First. They take very long time period to resolve customer queries.

They are not punctual/ regular in auto debit/ ECS facility to customers bank account. They can present your ECS on any which date they want. Once visited their branch for upfront service, manner less or unprofessional staff. Staff is not co-operative while we ask for service request. Irritating & repeatedly calls for their loans & other products for sale. DO NOT GO WITH CAPITAL FIRST.
