I missed just one emi, I was pressurized so bad, I was asked to go to police station as well.
The police laughed and said no one can be punished for missing one emi.
"Customer Service" virtually does not exist.
same with the Nodal office Email id.
No one responds and leave the collection goons to do what they want.
They dint stop abusing me even in front of my 2 yr old daughter too.
BE VERY CAREFUL PEOPLE.
