This is the only finance service my family tried and here is our experience,
The customer service is worst I can say because their installment deduction date is 5th of every month and this date cannot be altered. If the amount for required deduction is not available they charge directly 400Rs. This scheme is frustrating and we came to know about this after the approval of loan.
Many people have payment date of 10th of every month that means they have to pay monthly fine of 400Rs. We have paid fine several times due to some bank issues too. Sometimes check get bounced due to holidays which cause banking services busy.
The satisfaction would be surely negligible if such kind of service will be provided and so is our satisfaction. The rates and charges of interest is just like the other finance providers.
