First of all the Sales representative present at the store was very supportive. He provided me details about the company and its policies. Then I answered a few questions about my job profile. And kept on asking me about my address. Before I could judge my loan was approved and I signed the documents. I also got a EBC card which allows me to purchase any consumer product from anywhere in India. The customer service is very good. They remind you to pay emi on time. They have minimal charges. The file charge is just 111 Rs. I'm highly satisfied with the performance. The staff attitude is very good. Highly recommended.
